CRCA Launches Updated Brand and Website

The Canadian Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA) today unveiled its updated brand and website.
Terry Casey, President, CRCA, said: “As we follow through on the CRCA’s current Strategic Plan, a new website is critical to our ability to move forward with other member-focused initiatives. It was also time to modernize our website’s technology, look and feel. Thanks to excellent professional guidance, this led to a re-examination of the visual identity and how the organization presents itself. We are thrilled with the results!”
Bob Brunet, Executive Director, CRCA, added: “The comprehensive process and integrated results that we achieved on this project are exceptional. The updated visual identity, tagline, key messages, brand system, and website work together to re-affirm the CRCA’s commitment to being the voice of the Canadian roofing industry among national and international interests.”
Working with a professional marketing communication consultant, CRCA first refined, aligned and updated its key messages, providing the basis for all branding and communication. This led to the redesign of CRCA’s logo, overall brand system, and new website design. The new website is based on established new content management technology, dramatically improving its maintainability and usability.
The new logo and tagline, “Under One Roof”, fully represent the CRCA’s vision, mission, and mandate. The logo conveys an over-arching organization that protects and represents its members. At the same time, it demonstrates that the roofing industry is dynamic and innovative. The blue colour is fresh and modern, conveying trust, dependability, the sky, and skylines.
The new website features improved navigation, content, and design; the ability to search the site by keyword as well to search the member directory; and, improved online purchasing options for CRCA manuals. A WordPress-based content management enables CRCA staff to easily and consistently make updates to the site, and will easily accommodate new features and functions over time.
Members of the Canadian Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA) are the most knowledgeable roofers in Canada.
