CRCA Warranty Program

The CRCA Standard Form of Warranty provides property owners with assurance that their new roof was installed with high-quality workmanship.

The warranty provides the following workmanship protection for two years:

• The roofing application has been performed in substantial compliance with approved plans, specifications, and changes
• The roofing company will repair, at no expense to the owner, any deficiencies that are a result of workmanship issues

Only CRCA Active and Active-at-large members can offer their clients the CRCA Standard Form of Warranty.
