Jacques Chevalier Scholarship Award Winners 2020

December 22, 2020 – The Canadian Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA) is pleased to announce that the winners of the 2020 Jacques Chevalier Scholarship Award are Ms. Ruby Harrington and Mr. Aidan Taylor.

Ms. Ruby Harrington, is attending Acadia University and completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Her father, John Harrington is the Production Supervisor at PMC Roofing Ltd. in Debert, Nova Scotia.

Mr. Aidan Taylor, is attending Queen’s University and completing a Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences with a specialization in Bio-Psychology. His father, Bruce Taylor is President of Duron Roofing Limited in Burnaby, British Columbia.

The Jacques Chevalier Scholarship is awarded based on academic achievement, personality and leadership qualities and enrollment at a Canadian College or University. CRCA active member companies’ full-time employees or their immediate family members are eligible for the scholarship.
