Dan Nosaty, RSE

Dan Nosaty embarked on his roofing career with Oakwood Roofing & Sheet Metal, Winnipeg, Manitoba nearly 30 years. Starting as a labourer, he earned his Roofer journeymen ticket, advanced to supervisor and eventually became a project manager. Dan is now the General Manager at Oakwood Roofing & Sheet Metal Co.

Dan has been heavily involved in Apprenticeship Manitoba and contributed to developing the 2020 Red Seal Occupational Standard for Roofer. Additionally, he helped in developing the Manitoba Trades Definitions in 2019 and 2021.

Dan’s goal is to raise awareness regarding the roofing industry and highlight the benefits and opportunities available to tradespeople to obtain Red Seal Roofer endorsement.
