La plupart des fabricants recommandent que la largeur maximale d\u2019un rouleau soit de 3 m (10 pi). La membrane peut \u00eatre renforc\u00e9e ou non. Il faut un adh\u00e9sif de contact pour attacher la membrane \u00e0 son support. Dans le cas des membranes doubl\u00e9es de peluche, l\u2019adh\u00e9sif utilis\u00e9 est le type d\u2019asphalte pouvant \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 au guipon ou un adh\u00e9sif en mousse \u00e0 faible gonflement.<\/p>\n<p>Le taux d\u2019application d\u00e9pendra de l\u2019adh\u00e9sif utilis\u00e9 et de la porosit\u00e9 ou de la texture des surfaces. Une surface absorbante exigera plus d\u2019adh\u00e9sif qu\u2019une surface lisse. Assurez- vous que vous utilisez seulement l\u2019adh\u00e9sif recommand\u00e9 par le fabricant pour le type d\u2019installation particuli\u00e8re.
